A Day of Giving

A Day of Giving Students at Sacred Heart School in New Britain celebrated a “Day of Giving” in more ways than one on Friday, Dec.14th. 8th grade students gathered to make soup for a local food shelter while the entire student body dressed in P.J.’s to support the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. “That’s what the true meaning of Christmas is all about”, said one student, “and it makes me feel so good!”
