With Grateful Hearts at Sacred Heart Gratitude is an important part of everyday experiences at Sacred Heart School. But Thanksgiving is a special time of appreciation and celebration to take time and give thanks together as a school family. Students and teachers gathered in church for a Prayer Service on Wednesday before heading home for their holiday break. Students in Pre K and Kindergarten then continued the celebration with a re-enactment of the pilgrims and Indians shared meal. Butter, made by grade K and soup, made by Pre K never tasted better. Of course, some rye bread and apple sauce completed the “Thanksgiving Feast”

The rain and wind didn't dampen the spirits of our Sacred Heart School Family as they gathered to enjoy an afternoon of fun, games, challenges and friendship at the school's Harvest Hoopla.
