Before applying, parents are encouraged to visit Sacred Heart School, explore our academic and extracurricular programs, and discuss their child’s needs.
Please call the Admission Office at (860) 229-7663 to schedule a visit. We will set up a date for you to come in, meet our principal, tour our school, see the teachers and children in action, and get answers to your questions.
The first step in registering your child(ren) for Sacred Heart School is to complete the Application Form below and submit it with a $50 application fee. This Form may be used to apply for or register for either the current or the new (next) school year. There is no official deadline for application or registration.
If your child is transferring to SHS from another school, you must request that a copy of all school records be sent to SHS. Present the Authorization of Release of Student Information form to the administrators of your child’s school. Your signature indicates that the school has your permission to release your child(ren)’s school records to SHS. After acceptance, a Request for All School Records should be sent so the original documents are on file at SHS.
After review, applicants will be notified of final decisions.

Please use the Tuition Information form below to calculate the tuition cost for your child. Once you have calculated the tuition cost, please complete, sign, and submit the Tuition Agreement form below. Include a copy of student’s Birth Certificate. If applicable, submit the Catholic Parishioners Verification Form along with a copy of student’s Baptismal Certificate (if not baptized at Sacred Heart). If applying for tuition assistance, applications are due by the last day of September.
